My top choice for investment listings and acquisitions Amanda would be my first choice to list a multifamily property with. She is a top notch agent and stuck with my firm as we offloaded a complex multi-family portfolio. Through each twist and turn in the listing and sales process, Amanda’s guidance and professionalism combined with the perseverance required to see a long term commercial sale to the end has been greatly appreciated. We tried a few other agents prior to very gratefully being referred to Amanda and she above and beyond succeeded where they all failed. If you are looking to list or acquire investment properties I would not hesitate to give Amanda a call. Two giant thumbs up.

Amanda is great! She goes above and beyond to make things happen, she’s professional, so In touch with what she’s doing, closing deals on such timely manner. I love how down to earth she is with myself and family. Working with her makes me feel like family . I will continue to retain her in future business and also refer my family and friends to her. Amanda was extremely helpful with selling my condo. The pictures she posted of my condo and the description she gave for it made me want to stay! Her attention to detail and her willingness to work with me by answering questions for myself and the people interested made the process easy for me. My condo sold quickly and I sold it for more than I expected. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell or buy a house/condo.

Amanda proved her ability when she was quickly able to sell my house a few years ago, so I knew to call on her when looking to buy my next. This market is rough! We looked at, put in offers and got denied on numerous homes, yet she still was readily available whenever we found the next. Contracts were always completed in record time, and her availability is unmatched considering our very limited free schedule.
